The Naval, Army and RAF Families Federations have today launched their joint Transition Survey. They are inviting military families to take part in sharing their views and experiences to help make a difference to Forces families.
The survey focusses on transition out of the Armed Forces and will target those families who have either left the Forces in the last two years, or are due to leave before September 2019. It will cover all aspects of the transition process including reasons for leaving, and the effect this has on the family of the serving person.
They'll also be asking families to tell them what they find to be the most challenging aspect of transition.
"Leaving the Royal Navy or Royal Marines is a big change for the Service person and their families. This survey is to provide an oversight into aspects of transition, from your reasons for leaving to the impact that transition has had on your family. By taking part your opinions will help to make the transition process better for families." NFF CEO Anna Wright.
To take the Survey select an option from below:
- Survey for families transitioning in the next two years (up to end 2019)
- Survey for families who have transitioned in the last two years (from 2015 -2017)
Anyone taking part will be entered into a free prize draw to win one of three HP tablets courtesy of DXC technology.
Don't miss your chance to help improve transition for Forces families now and in the future. Families' feedback will also be used to shape the coming work of the Transition Liaison for each of the Families Federations, who are each kindly funded by the Forces in Mind Trust (FiMT).
