Tax Help for Older People

Tax Help for Older People

Tax Help for Older People is a charity service providing free, independent and expert help and advice for older people, on lower incomes.

We support those who cannot afford to pay for professional tax advice.

We also support those older people, on lower incomes, who do not know how to deal with their tax problems.

Tax Help for Older People has over 320 volunteers, plus a national call centre. And we can help you, wherever you based are in the UK.

Clients can access our advice service by phone, letter, email or website.

Each client is treated as an individual and we will continue to help and support you until your tax problem is resolved.

Our support includes all aspects of personal tax and pensions tax problems, from simple code checking and self-assessment through to underpayments, PAYE, savings and allowances.

We also assist with all tax issues relating to bereavement, retirement or digital tax engagement, as well as concerns about Coronavirus.
