Providing peer support to those who are supporting British service personnel and veterans who are living with a physical injury or mental illness.

Our peer support service puts you in touch face-to-face, or virtually, with others in similar situations to give and receive genuine support and understanding. Ripple Pond is accessible nationwide and provides a peer network where members can find localised, confidential and judgement-free support from those experiencing similar yet unique circumstances.

The Ripple Pond has strong links with many other organisations and will carefully signpost members for other specific support as and when needed.

We will put you in touch with others in a similar situation to give and receive support, to reduce the feelings of isolation that members of the Armed Forces community can so very often experience when they are supporting a loved one. 

We connect our members both face to face and virtually for them to offer genuine support and understanding to each other in a confidential and safe place.  We have strong links with many other organisations and will carefully signpost our members for other specific support as and when needed.

With members across the UK each with different experiences, we offer more than one avenue of support so members can choose which option or mix of options works best for them. We know not every member wants to meet face to face and some people would prefer not to use social media platforms, how our members choose to engage is entirely up to them.

Confidentiality, privacy and safety are paramount and we ensure all members adhere to our safeguarding policy.
